Though it’s hard to imagine the vibrant AMC actress being quiet for days at a time, Singh says that her annual trips to an ashram give her a peaceful place to chill out. “It’s like 400 hippies on Valium,” she jokes. “Who doesn’t love that? Everything’s fine. You want to come, you want to go? You want to eat? You want to sit? You want to stand? No problem! No problem with anyone. And everyone’s in silence, so they can’t tell you if they have a problem with you anyway! And you just walk around and sit with the trees and meditate. It’s really quite beautiful.”
